The staff was friendly. the place was fairly clean. it was reasonably spacious with a beautiful view. the room had a mini bar, an electronic key card, TV, and smoke detectors for safety measures.

location: the hotel was short walk to the cable car and the water show and nice restaurants and bars, the restaurant and the bai sao beach. overall it was new-fashioned and exceptionally nice, with a private bathroom.

The setting was awful.

Everybody was very friendly and extremely helpful. Liked staying at the twin/double room with a beautifull view. Everything was brand-new, including modern room decor...

The bed in the double room was comfortable. There was an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning in the room. the bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub. the location was very convenient, being next to the cable car, the restaurant, and Klem beach.

The hotel had a great swimming pool that was very refreshing during the hot weather. the staff was always friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant stay. the hotel was also conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find anything needed.

The hotel did have a few negatives to it. the breakfast was lackluster, with not many options that satisfied all tastes.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The rooms were modern and spacious, with lots of natural light and a lovely balcony to relax on. The facilities were top-notch, from the big swimming pool to the beautiful gardens. The location was also great, close to the beach and just a short drive to the sunshine town with its exciting attractions. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and drinks in the peaceful and picturesque dining area. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and full of natural light. Hotel facilities were new and impressive, especially the big swimming pool and the pretty gardens. The hotel offered scheduled transportation to Sao beach, but they also allowed us to be picked up and dropped off anytime. Breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of Asian and European dishes, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, making it a serene and relaxing location. the rooms are spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and pillows. the staff are exceptional, going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. the breakfast options are diverse, with fresh Pho and a mix of Asian and European dishes. the pool area is large and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip.

The hotel is somewhat remote, with limited nearby facilities.

We had an incredible stay on the island, the hotel facilities exceeded expectations. The pool area was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive, making our romantic escape much more special. The breakfast and dinner offered were delicious, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.

The poor isolation of the rooms, as we could hear guests on the floor above us. the location of the hotel was quite isolated, and there were no shops or activities within walking distance.

Spacious rooms, clean & modern. Friendly staff, excellent service. Beautiful pool with great views. Convenient location near beach & town.
